Winemaker - Michael Fragos
Established in 1979, Chapel Hill represents the essence of McLaren Vale. Chapel Hill's Winery, Gourmet Retreat, vineyards and historic 1865 chapel are set in a patchwork of vineyards, olive groves, orchards and native bush in the rolling hills overlooking the sea, the township of McLaren Vale and the Onkaparinga National Park.
Chapel Hill's philosophy is to create wines that express true varietal and regional characteristics. As part of this process we are continually working with new varieties and styles that add another level of interest to our wines and the region.
The Chapel Hill team, lead by well-known winemaker Michael Fragos, are continually looking for ways to evolve the wine and food experience.
